For more than fifteen years, Michael Wear prosecuted the cases most attorneys never see. As a Marin County Deputy District Attorney, he served as Felony Team Coordinator, tried cases as a trial attorney on the felony Special Victims Unit trial team — including sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, and a hate crime jury trial — and ran the office's Consumer Protection Department.
He founded Wear Trial Law to bring that same experience to the civil side, where survivors and injured people can hold institutions accountable in ways the criminal system often can't.
Based in San Rafael, serving the Bay Area and Northern California.
